Description:
This is Ruric Thar anti-control primal surge deck. All of it are permanents so primal surge never fizzles (two instants are actually MDFC with the land on the other side and count as permanents for this). It has a lot of elements for punishing players playing several spells or non-creature spells. It has artifacts to protect and make best use of Ruric. You have enchantments and artifacts that could hurt you, but the purpose is to play them when ruric is not on the table to set up future value so he hurts more, come through with trample or/and heals you with lifelink whenever he hits either in combat or his ability. It is also a stompy deck with some standard finishers. Vigor makes your Ruric invincible in combat because replacement effect for damage makes him (and other creatures you have) immune to combat dmg and growing larger.
